Banasura Hill Resort

If you prefer to enjoy your vacation in an eco resort with a rustic charm and like peace & solitude, this is the place to be. The location of the resort at the foothills of Banasura mountain ranges is the best part of the resort providing a scenic view for most part of the day. The staff across the board from reception to housekeeping to restaurant are friendly, resourceful and very accommodating. Special mention to the restaurant staff Mr, Mithun, Unnikrishnan and Mahesh who were ready to accommodate any food request especially for our infant daughter , the gesture is truly appreciated. The resort, true to its eco category, is well appointed but you cannot expect luxury or business hotel like setup. The rooms and buildings are made form mud but well maintained. Overall if you prefer to be cut off from rest of the world peacefully and enjoy your time to reflect upon yourselves this is one of the best places to do so. The resort also provides some mild trekking activities within the property itself which spreads across 35 acres.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views. The amenities, including the indoor play area,, and dining options, were top-notch, and every meal we had was delicious. The location was perfect ’ serene, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing, it has got wonderful views of Banasura mountain ranges.Resort is spacious, offers variety of activities and not to miss is their pottery workshop, nature trail and trekking till view point.I felt food could have been little better in terms of options and taste as well.Try booking directly through their website to get some discounts and offers on room.

Our stay at Banasura Hill Resort was wonderful! The room was by far the cleanest of our entire Kerala trip’my OCD was genuinely happy. The overall ambience of the resort is calm and incredibly relaxing.Special thanks to Mr. Bhim for being so helpful throughout our stay. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Although we were initially disappointed about not having a buffet, Sunil went above and beyond to serve us and made sure we got to taste a variety of their dishes.The trekking experience was also great. The only downside is that the resort doesn’t have a buggy or shuttle service, so arranging a cab or auto for the trip back took some effort. The game room could use a little maintenance too, as several games were a bit wonky.Overall, a serene and memorable stay that we’d happily recommend!

Lush green of the wild plants all around, misty mountain views, and if you're lucky- rain drops that make everything a hundred times more magical. If thats the kind of place you are manifesting, this is exactly the place for you. Nature steals the show at every step here, and you'll be both awed and instantly relaxed at the same time.The rooms are mud rooms, they're very spacious, all set admist trees. There are walking trails around the property which lead to various spots like the restaurant, pool, view point, pottery workshop, elephant rock and many others.A small 20 min mini hike will take you to a stream where you can play in the water to your heart's content. This experience was taken to the next level because there was short bursts of rain.Restaurant was set in way where you again feel you're sitting inbetween the trees. Food options are limited, but prepared and served very tasty nevertheless.The overall ambience was such that just a small cozy portion was borrowed for our luxury and rest of the forest was left untouched.It was truly wonderful experience for us.
