My stay at Hotel Basundhara was very enjoyable; the staff were exceptionally polite and courteous, especially the manager who was very attentive to the guests' well-being. The atmosphere was delightful and charming, making me feel like I was in a home away from home. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Rooms are very dirty don't believe in photos , manager behaviour is really disturbing, they provide a damge bed cover, in the washroom jet spray is not working also. Very problematic.Ac is also backdated. Not satisfied.
