I am very unhappy with how this hotel dealt with my inquiry. I reached out via WhatsApp to ask about room details, prices, and check-in/check-out times. Despite asking clearly and following up multiple times, I received no proper reply from them. If a hotel can't answer basic questions from a potential guest before booking, it makes me worry about the service after booking. Ignoring customers and not replying to messages is very unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel. I would advise others to reconsider booking here if they want good communication and customer support. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor communication, bad customer service, and no responsibility towards guests. This is not the level of service expected from a professional hotel.

The garden and pool area have no lighting except for a single halogen light. Each time you return to your room from outside, you need to call reception to have the AC turned on.
