They are not giving any consideration to hotel customers.Only priority to bar customers..Bar customers car parking in front of hotel under proper shelter .Room customers car parking on open area without any security and way to hotel from parking was too difficult and dirty .Night time no proper light .3 days in toilet flush not working they don’t mind

We booked with breakfast but no bf was available. Their Manager threatended us. 20 for water bottle was charged twice, for 20 they blocked us at the reception. Continuity of booking experience was pathetic.

Sharing a incident which happened to me three days back in bessota ac bar.Bill payment was around 1450 and by mistake I had given 2000rupees.i thought that I had given 1500 and left away from the counter.But suddenly the staff ( Binu ) he called me and returned back the balance amount.Now adays it's very difficult to find a sincere guy like him.Very friendly staff compared to any other bar in Thiruvalla region.

Very poor experience and unacceptable customer service.Power was getting switched off repeatedly from 4:30 AM, the generator was not switched on, and there was no electrician on site. The entire morning, the power supply kept fluctuating, causing a lot of inconvenience.When this was brought to the attention of the person in charge, the response was extremely casual ’ ’Don't know , KCB only will know" , with no apology, no ownership, and no effort to resolve the issue.The attitude and customer service were the worst part of the experience. For a hotel, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I stayed at this property twice for business trips, and during my recent one-day stay, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was given a room on the 6th floor, and their main lift was completely out of service. Because of this, I had to walk from the front reception area all the way’around 100’200 meters’to the back of the building just to use another lift that is mainly used by staff for room service. This itself was very inconvenient for a guest.The room provided was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. For a short stay where I checked in at 6 PM and checked out before 10 AM, they charged ’1700, which is absolutely not worth it considering the condition of the room.They claimed the room included AC and TV. While both were present, the AC did not provide any cooling, and the TV had no remote, making it unusable. I tried calling the reception multiple times, but their line was constantly busy. I later called their mobile number, and although someone assured me that a staff member would come to check, no one ever came. I even went down personally to the reception to report the issue, yet nothing was done. The level of negligence and lack of service was shocking.Overall, this was a completely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their basic facilities and customer service.
