BEST WESTERN Maryland

It was the worst experience of my life in booking stay at your hotel.we actually booked for family room and after promising also they offered twin bed 2 rooms for my family with two kids. Also the rooms were far away.On requesting at reception for king bed they said all the property has been sold.5 mins after that only they alloted the fresh family room to new customer. This was cheating with the customer who is booking the rooms on line.We moved from that hotel without any reimbursement.They even don't help us to shift the luggage.This is worst experience I ever had in new city like chandigarh.We are from Bhopal and carrying such a bad experience about the hotel is really bad.Don't go just by name and photos on the online platform,they all are fake photos and videos.

My wife and I stayed at Best Western Maryland, Zirakpur (Chandigarh) from 16’17 April 2026 in a Standard Room. The room was excellent’spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with high-quality furniture and fittings. The staff were efficient and courteous, and the overall facilities lived up to the Best Western brand’s reputation. The food was also quite good.We had a very comfortable stay and were happy with our choice of this Best Western property.

Had an excellent stay at Best Western Maryland. The property is well maintained, conveniently located, and offers a comfortable stay experience. Rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all essential amenities. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to guest needs. The food quality was very good, with a well-organized breakfast spread. Overall, a reliable and value-for-money choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Zirakpur. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located a prime destination in Zirakpur with easy access to the highway. The rooms are splendid, and the staff is very supportive.I’d like to pass on my sincere gratitude to the staff who made my stay memorable with their warmth and hospitality. Special mention to Simran, a receptionist at the hotel was very helpful and solved all my queries with promptness and efficiency.

They ruined our precious Holidays. We booked the room for 5.5k per day, fridge was missing, low water in taps, limited supplies, blocked drainage, guest were partying at high volume with no control and we could not sleep when we have to drive back 8 hours next day and finally no water supply leading to delay in plans with financial loss. Staff looked least bothered on our loss. No comfort, convince and safety. It’s kind of party hotel which should be 2k per day and doesn’t look to be a Best Western name. Such experiences creates insecurity and we would think twice now before booking another chain of hotel.
