I stayed at Hotel Bhakti Dhaam around two months ago, and unfortunately, I faced similar issues even at that time. The cleanliness, bathroom condition, room facilities, maintenance, and staff service were not satisfactory.I decided to stay here again hoping that these issues would have been addressed, but unfortunately, the same problems are still present. There appears to be no significant improvement in the basic facilities and service standards.

Disappointing Stay – Facilities Need ImprovementI had stayed at Hotel Bhakti Dhaam previously, so I expected better service this time. Unfortunately, several basic facilities were not satisfactory.The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the AC remote was not provided, the fan was not working properly, and the water jug had an unpleasant smell. The TV was also not working.I had requested and paid for one extra bed, but no extra bed was provided; only a mattress was placed on the floor. The tea quality was also very poor.The behaviour of some staff, particularly housekeeping staff, was not professional.Overall, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, maintenance, extra-bed arrangement, and service. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its standards.
