Couple • India • May 2026Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was filthy, dusty, and felt completely unhygienic from the moment I walked in. The bathroom was covered in grease and grime, and the shower drain was blocked so the water would not even drain properly.The entire stay felt uncomfortable and unhealthy. Basic cleanliness standards were clearly ignored, and the condition of the place made it impossible to relax. Honestly, I would rather spend a night on a footpath than stay here again.Avoid this nightmare at all costs if you value cleanliness, comfort, or even basic hygiene.
Whenever i am in Gurgaon i stay at Bluo only as i feel comfortable there. People are friendly, would like to mention Bittu ji for always being helpful during the stay.
