Pleasant resort with polite staff

We enjoyed a fantastic 3-night visit at Bradhi Resort. Our room faced the river, offering a stunning and peaceful view. The room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping that tidied up, refreshed towels, and supplied clean drinking water. We are grateful to the hotel staff for the birthday room decoration—it was a delightful surprise that made our experience even more special. Special thanks to Govind and Alina at reception for their helpfulness and warmth during our stay, and to Ankit and Shivansh in the restaurant for their friendly and attentive care. We stayed at the resort on June 27, 2026. The room was nice, but the service was quite poor, and the portions of food and drinks were very small compared to the prices. The amount of food did not justify the cost.

The property and its food and restaurant services are good, but that's where the positives end. The overall service and support at the resort have been terrible. We booked our rooms five months ahead, yet one of our rooms was assigned in basement 2. They treat guests very differently, and the manager, Mr. Govind, was extremely unpleasant to deal with. He seems clueless about managing a business. Today, our vendor faced an issue due to an incomplete payment, but even after explaining it was a B2B matter, they caused a scene by blocking the road in front of us and our customers, which was very embarrassing. Hospitality is essential in this business, but it is completely missing here. We frequently work with hotels in the north, but this place is a total disappointment for us, and we will not recommend it to anyone in the future. If you're lucky, things might go smoothly, but overall the attitude is terrible and the staff are unpleasant. What's the use of a good property if the service is so poor? All our French customers left this morning feeling very disappointed.
