Disappointing Resort Stay

2.0

The resort is very disappointing. The photos on the website are all edited. It feels like a place designed to deceive guests and take their money. Even basic things like water in the room are not provided freely—you get only 500ml per day for two people, and you have to buy more. There isn't even a mirror in the room. There's no space to walk around. Hygiene standards are poor; the cafeteria is dirty and the utensils are unsterilized. The tea served there is barely drinkable after just a couple of sips. Food prices are excessively high. The pool is tiny, suitable for only one family of four, more like a large bathtub. There are hardly any facilities for kids to play or for couples to have privacy. The only positive aspect is that the ground staff are very polite and helpful.
