The receptionist threatened us that he will not send us the bills for claiming if we speak about their mismanagement. This was a clear threat.Also, their technician called us at 11:45 pm and told us that the team needs to check the washroom as a routine checkup for leakage.I have attached the picture of the technician. Take a look at him guysAnd they even deleted their whatsapp messages. Screenshot attached for your reference.Please avoid them guys, please avoid them.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what one would expect from a professional establishment.While the rooms initially seemed acceptable, the hotel upgraded my room without informing me. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the upgraded room was not functioning. As a guest, I was expected to adjust and tolerate the situation for the entire day while waiting for the AC to be repaired. After waiting patiently for hours, I was later asked to shift to a lower-category room instead, which is highly unprofessional and inconvenient.What was even more frustrating was that the staff never informed me whether the AC had actually been repaired. Proper communication and transparency are basic expectations in the hospitality industry, and this was completely lacking.Additionally, the attitude of the reception staff and the General Manager was extremely discourteous. Also, their General.Manager sounds said to me on the religion that the technician is Muslim hence we can't do and he said my brother to take the refund and leave but once he requested the refund they all outrageously said we didn't said anything. Apart from this managerial saying you are my family but I can't be polite. That not a way how the professional talk or resolve the matter. Rather than assisting a paying guest with a genuine concern, their behavior made it feel as though my presence itself was an inconvenience to them.To make matters worse, the hotel had already collected the full payment in advance, and when I considered checking out due to the unresolved issue, they showed no willingness or courtesy to offer a refund.Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking here. Personally, I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.
