Canvas Resort in Lonavla

I initially thought we’d be staying deep in the jungle, with the cottages far away from each other. But once we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! The cottages are close to each other, yet each one offers its own privacy’which was completely unexpected. ’’Our stay was super cozy and genuinely felt like home, but right in the middle of nature. ’’?? The staff was extremely friendly, and the room service was excellent’just one call, and they were there to help.The food was nice, but the best part of this resort is undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain view, with a direct view of Koraigad Fort. ’’’?You get plenty of privacy here, making it perfect for both couples and families. Every cottage has its own unique feel, which makes the stay even more special.We stayed for 2 nights, and honestly, it was one of the most peaceful, cozy and memorable stays we’ve had. The silence, nature, comfort and those beautiful views made it absolutely worth it. ’’’?Highly recommended! ’’’’’’’’’’

Overall, the stay was good. The place is very close to the Korigad Fort trekking point. The canvas tent is very nice, with good sitting space outside the tent, including a swing. I ordered veg food, which also had great taste. A few things I think they need to improve are: the bathroom area is always wet due to water dripping from the canvas ceiling, and the bathtub area needs more cleaning and some repair work on the flooring.

I never got the chance to visit this resort, and in hindsight, I'm grateful that I didn't. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the management has been extremely disappointing. Due to a landslide approximately 2 km before the resort, we were unable to reach the property and had no option but to turn back. This was a natural calamity’completely beyond both my control and the resort's. While I was aware that the booking was under a non-refundable policy, no service was actually provided, and my booking did not result in any loss to the resort because we physically could not access the property. After repeated follow-ups, the resort eventually agreed to process only a 50% refund. However, it has now been over 10 days, and I am still waiting for the refund. Communication has been poor, responses are delayed or ignored, and there has been no professionalism in handling the situation. A business is judged not only by how it treats guests during their stay, but also by how it handles genuine emergencies. This resort has completely failed in that regard. If they cannot cooperate or honour their commitments before a guest even checks in, it raises serious concerns about how they would treat customers after arrival.I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. There are far more reliable places that value their customers and act responsibly during unforeseen situations. If they replies and says booking wasn’t happened I’ll be attaching all the SS of there chats in the google Map so that others don’t suffer the same.

Had an amazing stay at Canvas Resort Lonavala! The highlight was definitely the outdoor jacuzzi with a stunning 180?? valley view. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a large washroom which added to the comfort.The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the large swimming pool and indoor games kept us entertained throughout our stay. The resort is conveniently located near Tiger Point, making it a perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends.Considering the luxury experience, the ’3999 package is an incredible value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing staycation in Lonavala!
