The Machan is supposed to be a peaceful escape into nature, but our recent stay turned into a nightmare due to a severe security and maintenance failure.At 2 AM, the safety of the digital lock on our room was completely compromised. The room door lock began automatically opening and closing by itself over and over throughout the entire night until our checkout. Because of this terrifying malfunction, we could not sleep a wink and spent the night anxious and unprotected.Instead of a relaxing getaway, this issue completely ruined our trip experience, and we were unable to enjoy anything the resort had to offer.
