i celebrated my husband birthday, it was a luxury experience , staff is so helpful and sweet , specially i want to mention kajal vishwakarma mam , she really helped us to find charger .food was good , ambiance was good next time will visit in monsoon season .
Sorry, its Horrible Experience: Objective of trip: To spend time with family, planned Vacation in Mumbai / Lonovala. I'm Indian but I believe in Malaysia past 8 years so I came to Mumbai and went to Lonovala. I stayed in Della Resort, A facilities with lack of responsibilities, zero value to kids health and hygiene & no proper response to kids concerns from skin rash and eye irritation from poor quality of pool is our experience started. We checked in the hotel around evening 5 to 6 pm. kids preferred for swimming reception informed to come back to reception, we will guide you or drop you buy car. We dropped luggage and went to swimming pool with kids, main swimming pool was under maintenance so Hotel sent us to some villa 27 pool as swimming pool, a small pool that can be understandable being villa pool, I was buy in booking dinner planning over phone, kids went in the pool then I noticed after the call, the pool was filled with dead flies in the sides of pool, there is service person to clean, when i tried to clean without making kids panic then service person came and helped. The pool water quality is too bad, it rich with chlorine, the kids eye irritation was sever after couple of minutes of swimming even though of using Swimming googles with just mild exposure of water in eyes, then kids started complained about the skin itching. We left the pool and went to reception to complain about this issue but no proper response other than response was main swimming pool was closed, we helped with you villa pool to you. they can't even understand that the villa pool maintenance was too bad and quality is pathetic, Reception guy response was horrible, okey sir. NO curtesy response even after sharing my kids eyes are burring and skin are itchy. I came to room, asked kids to batch then taken them to near by clinic, get the eye drops as well as medicines for skin rashes. We came to room and slept at 10:30 pm. In Room, when we wake up at 07:30am, We saw Cockroaches are roaming around in morning in the room, Both of my kids was screaming & running, they are upset, also we noticed algae formation in the both tub tap nobs, after informed to service team, they sent a cleaning team, they took almost 1 + hour to remove the cockroaches then room cleaning, since its almost 09:00am so we decided to have breakfast because hotel informed breakfast close by 10:00am, we went there, its not great breakfast , it all filled with indian food what we eat in the home like Dosa, Phoga, Upma, Poori Paji, Breads, Water million and cold coffee. Sambar was think but no taste to it. Not sure what these hotels thinks, they claim we can give different experience during stay, nothing like that. Once we reach back to Room, Then front desk started calling at 10:00 am itself checking when we will check out? They reminded that we have to check out by 11:00am. I have informed them okey 11:30 am, we just came inside room after removing Cockroaches and room cleaning then Breakfast. For 4 of our family, it will take time. There is no curtesy to check are we okey etc.. Interesting part was I have never raised my voice/shouted/no argument with anyone, I have always maintained professional feedback to them, Its sorry to say, looks like these guys respect only the people who behave rude. Now a days, gentle and clam behavior, No value nor respect. After spending 25K INR/night, what I gave to my kids was horrible experience. Just normal food and night stay in a hotel. The room cleaning team came to my door step by 11:00am then keep checking when I'm checking out, I have told them its will be around 11:30 to 12:00, i have already informed in front desk but they keep coming and checking every 15 to 30 min once, different person, Finally we checked out at 12:00. Reception person was quite, he was asking whether can i take the reserved amount of 5K for the tip to the service team, my emotions breakdown then i have to respond him that with frustration for you'r
