Reallity check.The hotel only looks good in photos but their rooms need serious attention for maintenance. The first room I checked in, AC was making very very loud noise like it is going to explode. Then they changed the room, second room was full of citrate filters. I was really upset because I was carrying 2 year baby with me. But instead of spoiling day, I stayed calm and asked to cleaned. Yes, its not over yet, Then new surprise received, the door was not locking from inside. I literally pulled a wooden chair to support door from inside. We were having occasion and didn't wanted to spoil evening so just adjusted with situation.
Very disappointing stay from 28th–30th August. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable, despite being assured before arrival that the speed was good. More seriously, staff entered and cleaned my room while I was away without informing me or taking my permission, which was a major privacy concern.I had also specifically requested and paid for a mountain-view room, but was given a basic room with no proper view. Overall, the stay did not match what was promised, and I expected much better service and communication from the resort.
