Delightful Family Stay

10.0

After a week visiting various Jyotirlingas, we decided last-minute to spend a day in Lonavala with my family. We were delighted by the hotel's location, rooms, food, service, and especially the staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Prasad at the front desk for allowing us to use the lobby while waiting for our delayed bus, and to Ashish in the restaurant who took great care of us during breakfast and lunch. I strongly recommend staying here when in Lonavala.

I recently organized a dealer meeting for 25 people. Mr. Ketan Bhai was very courteous and helpful, and the whole staff was highly cooperative and supportive. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our time at the resort. Thanks to Mr. Ketan Bhai and the entire team for making our dealer meeting so pleasant and unforgettable.
