Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas. However, it can be consumed in private rooms and cafe area.


Due to the remoteness of the location, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity issues may occur during heavy rains.

In case of a power outage, please wait while we switch on the backup. During heavy rains, electric supply can sometimes be erratic—we regret the inconvenience caused.

We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.


Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
During the monsoon season, room service for meals and drinks will not be available.
Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee at the property’s discretion.
The swimming pool timings are from 08:00 AM to 08.00 PM.
This is an adults-only property.
We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance.
We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
•From Lonavala bus depot/railway station: 10 km, 40 mins, ~INR 700 for an auto ride.

•By Car: Navigate till Kumar Resort. Drive for 850 m to reach Shivaji chowk. Turn left and continue for ~6 km to reach Dinosaur Park. From here, continue straight for 1.5 km to get to Dudhivare Khind. Turn right to get on the Dudhivare Khind road between 2 hills. Drive for 1.3 km to reach Hillside Resort. From here, drive straight and take a right after 500 m. Continue on this road for 4.8 km towards Aapti village. Zostel Plus Lonavala will be on your left.
