The interior looks lovely, but the upkeep of the property is lacking. • Toiletries weren't given at first; we had to request them and got them after 10 minutes. • The bathroom was infested with insects and seemed very unclean. • The room and bedsheets appeared not to be thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. • The floor was poorly maintained, and I got injured because of it. • Breakfast was not available. • The area felt unsafe during the night. On the bright side, the staff kindly allowed us to check in an hour early. :)

The service is terrible, and the hotel is located on the outskirts, so if you are just one couple, it's not safe at all. You can't get to the hotel at night. They also did not provide the breakfast that was supposed to be included. The room and bathroom have many insects, and there is no housekeeping staff to clean the room. I am very unhappy with my stay.

I am rating 1 star due to a very disappointing experience with both the property and MakeMyTrip's customer service. We booked Voyage Zo Lonavala via MakeMyTrip, but when we visited the day before check-in, the location and surroundings were very different from what the booking showed. The property is in a remote area, surrounded by farms and water, lacking proper local transport, nearby food options, emergency services, and safe road access. The road condition seemed unsafe for vehicles. We asked to cancel because of these problems, but the property didn't offer a proper solution. We contacted MakeMyTrip support multiple times, but instead of helping, they gave us different contacts and kept asking us to wait. They first promised a resolution within 24 hours, then asked us to wait another 48 hours, but no proper solution came. The hostel management also failed to give clear answers and kept referring us to others. Overall, the property didn't meet our expectations, the location was worrying, and MakeMyTrip did not provide timely or effective support. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend booking this place without personally checking the location, road access, and nearby facilities.

Starting with the location, it's very close to the railway station, making it a convenient choice if you're arriving by train (though the noise from trains is noticeable throughout the day and night). The road from the station to the hotel is quite rough with potholes, so you have to drive slowly in first gear. Parking space for cars is limited. The photos posted here show the hotel right after it was painted; it doesn't look quite like that now, but it's still acceptable considering the price. The rooms are clean, though the walls show some patch repairs. There was no liquid soap provided in the bathrooms. The bathing water only gets lukewarm at best. I didn't see any insects in the rooms, which was a plus. Near the entrance, there's a large game room with many options. A guitar was available, though a couple of strings were broken. The PS4 was present but not working. There's a refundable deposit of 1,000 for the pool table because previous guests broke two cues, leaving only one in good condition. Other games include foosball, table tennis, board games, Jenga, housie, and more. There are also some books to read. The children's pool water was quite dirty, but the larger pool appeared clean. There are some charming spots perfect for Instagram photos. The food is tasty but tends to be on the spicy side. Breakfast included poha and tea. Overall, I have no complaints and would suggest this place for travelers on a budget.
