Treasure Island Resort

I recently booked the Lagoon Villa for the weekend at a cost of around ’8,000 per night. The property itself is well-maintained.However, one important concern is that the property also hosts wedding events. If your stay coincides with a wedding function, you may experience a significant loss of privacy. During such events, common areas’especially the main pool’can become inaccessible due to stage setup and decorations. This greatly affects the overall experience, particularly when you are paying a premium price.In my view, staying here during a wedding event is not worth the amount charged, as you won’t get full access to the amenities you expect.I would strongly recommend checking with the property about any scheduled wedding or large events before confirming your booking to avoid disappointment.

Excellent Location, But Rooms Need Work at Hotel Treasure IslandI recently stayed at Hotel Treasure Island (right on the highway), and while the location was a standout, other aspects were mixed.Perfectly positioned on the main highway’super easy access from Mumbai with no detours or traffic woes. Ideal for quick getaways or business stops.This is the weak spot. Rooms and bathrooms looked very dated and in dire need of a makeover’grubby tiles, and outdated fixtures. basics like free Wi-Fi and room service, but lacked comfort, neatness, and modern appeal. Felt more budget than mid-range.Overall, great for a pitstop thanks to the location and service, but a room renovation would make it a real gem. Value depends on your priorities!

This is high time for Treasure Island to deep dive and check what's happening at the site.We loved everything About the propertyTip to toe everything holds top class categoryBut when talking about dealing with the staff , it's intolerable for such Elite class of Client's to talk to such a person in front of usA place like treasure Island needs to look after better staff who knows how to talk to their clients who comes to give business and not to get insultedThing's need to work around just here nowhere else huThis is the very first experience after exploring multiple propertiesBut the usage of statements this attitude and this behaviour was no where seen.Such behave can ruin this property existence soon.manage ment should look at this .

Stayed at Treasure Island Resort, Lonavala. The resort is huge and well spread out, with spacious rooms, a big swimming pool, and clean rooms. All basic toiletries were provided, which was a plus.On the downside, service was slow, and both the evening snacks we ordered and the breakfast buffet food taste were below average, with limited breakfast options. The resort was mostly packed with a corporate crowd, and no activities were arranged for kids. The pickleball court was closed, and we also faced an issue with no hot water in the room. Adding to the discomfort, the room building allotted to us was under renovation, causing a lot of noise’we had to specifically ask the staff to stop the work as it became very disturbing.Overall, the property has good potential due to its size and infrastructure, but service quality, food taste, and family-friendly planning need significant improvement.

Hello Everyone,We stayed here on 20’21 December with my wife and our 5-year-old son. We had booked a Lagoon Villa, which we got for under ’8,000. The stay was amazing. The room is beautiful, though the lighting is quite dim.You get access to a hot tub jacuzzi and the pool directly from your window. The temperature was very cold at night, around 14??C.Food:We did not opt for food at the resort as they only provide vegetarian food, and it is quite overpriced. Instead, we went to nearby places’Tejas Dhaba and Baithak Restro & Bar for dinner. Tejas Dhaba had good-tasting food, while Baithak was okayish.The resort is easily accessible, just 5’10 minutes from the expressway. The property is a bit far from the car parking area, so it’s best to carry your luggage in one go. Housekeeping staff are available to help.At night, even during peak season, the resort is not very happening. Most of the lights are off, and because of the cold, everyone tends to stay inside their rooms.There are three pools in the resort, one of which has a waterfall.Overall, it’s a good place to stay with family.
