️️️ VITS Lonavala – ReviewWe stayed at VITS Lonavala from 17th September to 18th September.The food was good, and we enjoyed the dining experience. However, there were a few disappointing aspects regarding the stay.Our room was downgraded from the Deluxe category, but despite the downgrade, no concession or adjustment in the room tariff was offered. I feel that if a guest is given a lower room category than what was booked, an appropriate adjustment should be made.Additionally, we requested a cake and simple room decoration for our 5-year-old child’s birthday. We were charged 1,500 for the cake and decoration, which felt quite expensive considering what was provided.Overall, while the food was good, the handling of the room downgrade and the additional birthday charges left us disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards providing better value and transparency to guests.
The stay was overall a good experience. If chance be will visit again.
