Pleasant stay with excellent service

We spent a week here and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were courteous and friendly. A special shoutout to Anupreet, Nayeem, Akshay, and Dayanand, who excelled at their roles. Anupreet has become a friend to my child. Everyone was very polite and efficient. Thanks to Nayeem for the delicious meals. We appreciate everyone for making our stay both memorable and comfortable.

Stay for 3 nightsReview for Suite - 401 moved from Zuper Deluxe - 403Good Bits1. Stars of the show - Dayanand, Anpreet, Bidyasagar and Harish - great service and positive attitude.2. Effectively changed the room to suite with extra charge of INR 5300 per night.3. Celeste area has games (Ludo, snake and ladders, chess, jenga, business, carrom and blocks) for guests.4. The quality of furnishings is great.5. Bathroom is completely loaded with kit and jacuzzi.6. The location of the resort is quite good - on the main road and close to the market.Constructive Bits:-Service Related:1. Room service is very slow and the house keeping staff (Akash) was rude and unwilling to take any initiative to complete his work.2. At times, if a person is requested to do something additional then they make faces.3. Usually, the hotel practice for room servicing is that the bedsheets is just reversed instead of being changed unless it becomes too dirty which should not be a case for a 4 star positioned hotel.Property Related:1. I understand it is rainy season but our luggage was taken to room exposed to rain instead of having something to cover it with.2. Room no. 402 and 403 stairway smells badly maybe due to monsoon but there is freshener required.3. Swimming pool is smaller than shown in images and isn’t clean due to leaves falling from trees above it, constantly.4. While checking out, our luggage was kept on a wet and dirty trolley.

Stayed for 3 nights, initially booked Zuper Deluxe - 403 but moved to Suite - 401. Positive aspects: 1. Exceptional service and positive attitude from Dayanand, Anpreet, Bidyasagar, and Harish. 2. Successfully upgraded to a suite with an additional charge of INR 5300 per night. 3. Celeste area offers various games like Ludo, snake and ladders, chess, jenga, business, carrom, and blocks for guests. 4. Furnishings are of high quality. 5. Bathroom is fully equipped with amenities and a jacuzzi. 6. Resort location is convenient, situated on the main road and near the market. Areas for improvement: Service: 1. Room service was slow, and housekeeping staff (Akash) was rude and lacked initiative. 2. Staff sometimes showed displeasure when asked for extra tasks. 3. Bedsheets were often just reversed instead of changed unless very dirty, which is not expected from a 4-star hotel. Property: 1. Despite the rainy season, luggage was carried to the room without any cover, exposing it to rain. 2. Stairway near rooms 402 and 403 had a bad smell, likely due to monsoon, and needed freshener. 3. Swimming pool is smaller than depicted in photos and was unclean due to falling leaves. 4. At checkout, luggage was placed on a wet and dirty trolley.
