Excellent location with reasonable prices, ideal for families and within walking distance from Lonavala railway station, situated centrally in Lonavala. The staff is very cooperative and helpful.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We booked as a group and expected smooth handling. When a problem arose, they couldn't provide a different room and told us to find another hotel ourselves. We did and paid there, but the hotel then denied a full refund. Communication was bad, solutions were lacking, and customer service was poor.

I would not choose to stay here again. Although we had prepaid for our rooms, the hotel was unable to offer a suitable alternative when we reported a problem and instead told us to find another place to stay. We did as they said and booked somewhere else. Afterwards, getting a full refund turned into a conflict. The service was very disappointing.

I felt let down by the hotel's reaction when we sought help. Instead of offering a solution, they said no rooms were free and advised us to book elsewhere. Since we were traveling as a group, we had to make alternative arrangements right away. The refund problems afterward only added to the negative experience.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The biggest problem was the way management dealt with our complaint. They did not provide a suitable alternative and simply told us to find another hotel. We trusted the staff's information and booked elsewhere, but then they refused to refund the full amount. Very frustrating experience.
