They just list the amenities for name sake, they don't have any. There are bed bugs in rooms and it's not clean. Staff is bloody clueless. Everything they have listed is just for the name, they don't have anything to offer other than the room.

I reserved 2 rooms based on the photos, but was disappointed to find no game zone, only some board games, and no plans to add more. The lobby was constantly leaking, which was unsafe for the senior citizens with me. My wife, who recently had surgery, also slipped a bit. There was a guest smoking in the lobby, and when I reported it, the staff dismissed me, saying they had more rooms booked. I felt disrespected as a guest. Coffee orders took about 30 minutes each, which I could understand if they were short-staffed, but even empty plates and bowls took the same long time. When I called my private cab, the hotel staff, who seem connected with local cab services, called someone to push my driver away. I paid 10,000 for 2 rooms.

I booked 2 rooms looking at photos, but to my surprise there is no gamezone its just board and they are not planning any. Lobby was leaking all the time I had senior citizens totally unsafe for them. My wife also slipped a little and she had recently her surgery done. There was this guest who was smoking in the lobby and when asked to staff they replied they have booked more rooms, like wtf, I am also a guest. When ordered coffee everytime there was 30mins wait time and I can understand maybe they are ubderstaffed but getting empty plates and bolwsbalso took 30mins. When I called my private cab, hotel staff is also involved in cab mafia gang, they called someone to harass my driver. Btw i paid 10k for 2 rooms.

It was a fairly ordinary stay. I had a negative experience when I checked out early; they refused to refund the remaining balance, citing their policy. Also, the electricity was off most of the time. Make sure to review the hotel's policies before deciding to stay here.

There was lack of amenities such as handwash and soap missing in washroom.Also there was no kettle, coffee/tea powder, no toiletries were provided.Bed sheets and blanket was dirty and smelling.
