Firstly we were provided a room with broken toilet seat. On complaining they the room was changed. After returning to the room in the evening we asked about the last order time for dinner which was mentioned as 10PM and the number to the kitchen was provided. While trying to order dinner there was no menu card in the room (which was present in the other room which was given to us earlier). While trying to call the reception we found out that the phone in the room wasn't working. We had to call the number on google to mention that the phone isn't working and we need a menu card to decide our order. The lady on the phone was co-operative and mentioned that a guy will be there soon with the menu card and to check the phone connection. But the guy came with a photo of the menu card and was asking us to give the order then and there. Later when we decided the order and mentioned he said only dal khichdi and fried rice will be available. We again had to call the number on google and asked the same to the lady to which she said it's not the case you can get whatever you want. Just let the boy know your order. The phone was not checked at all. The reception wasn't the problem but the staff guy definitely was. That type of behavior is not acceptable.

The rooms are decent rest is bullshitt about this hotel. Poor service by the staff, poor food at their restaurant. First of all their rooms won't have a working phone so they will give the number of reception which they will never pick. They will cut the calls while you are not done with your request. The staff speaks arrogantly and needs some hotel management education badly. They don't know how to speak respectfully which is minimum. We ordered a water it came after 5 reminders and one hour, we ordered Gupta Sandwich from outside and it reached in 15 mins but the water took 1 hour. Their food order took 2hrs, the guy at their restaurant was forcing us to book Buffet. They gave us old menu card first and when we ordered something they said it's not in the menu, so they gave us new menu card with updated prices and dishes which they will say they don't have. We asked them for dishes in our room which came after 1 hour. We asked them multiple times for Tissue papers for which they needed 3-4 reminders. And all of this happened on the first day itself. On 2nd day we only asked for a hairdryer at 5pm which never came and the guy informed us at 10pm to tell us that it's not available. Since the telephone of our room wasn't working we told them in the afternoon only but they sent the guy at 9pm when you're having some good lone time. The attitude of the workers there is pathetic. Have came to Lonavla 100s of times been in the hotels and resorts that costed more and much less also but the service of this hotel stood out for all the wrong reasons only. Extremely dissatisfied with the stay. Would never ever go there even for free. And I am not even going to talk about the food there. The breakfast was 3rd class, all cold food, no taste, butter felt like it was mixture of butter and dahi or milk (yuck). The Idli was half baked. Misal Pav had no spice in it. Absolute Zero marks for this hotel. Just Pathetic! And also they were having plastic spoons small ones that you get when you're eating Upma Poha near matunga station for Rs.20. That was the level of this hotel.

All cigarette smell coming in room also kitchen masala smell coming inside room. No towels no facility too much high rates.

We booked a room and in room the bed sheets and pillows were very dirty the AC was not working fridge was also not working bathroom door doesn’t had knob.Staff and services are very slow and terrible.When we ordered they served cold tea.Please do not book this hotel if it is available between 4000 - 6000 it is not worth this money.You can book if rooms are available between 1000-2000 hotel is worth that amount.

There was power cut for 15 min, no water bottle was provided, mosquito was there in room, no mosquito repellent in room.
