The hotel ambience was very dirty. Even after we had a confirmed booking, we were made to wait for almost 30 minutes before check-in. The room we were finally given was extremely small, and the bedsheet was torn and unhygienic.The ceiling height was very low, making it easy for someone to hit their hand while changing clothes. Parts of the ceiling were also damaged, and water was leaking from it. swimming pool was in terrible condition. The water was so dirty that it looked black.I have attached photos as proof. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff—they were polite and helpful. Everything else was disappointing. They doesn't have own parking area they can simply aaya park at your risk.The photos uploaded by the hotel online are heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I have also uploaded real photos so you can compare them yourself.

I stayed at this hotel with my family on August 1, 2026, during our visit to Lonavala. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well kept, though the ground-floor room we had didn't have good ventilation since the windows couldn't be opened. This is an area the hotel might want to improve. The hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment, making it a nice place to relax. The reception and staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We dined at the hotel and ordered Kolkata Biryani. While it tasted good, it didn't quite match the authentic Kolkata Dum Biryani in look, smell, or flavor. It was pleasant but may disappoint those expecting a genuine Kolkata-style biryani. The cafeteria is worth mentioning; it is open, spacious, clean, well maintained, and has a nice atmosphere that makes dining pleasant. The only downside was the billing process. Around 10:30 PM, a hotel staff member came to our room asking us to pay the food bill. Since it's usual to settle all charges at checkout, we had planned to do so. If the hotel requires immediate payment for restaurant bills, this should be communicated when ordering or right after the meal. Disturbing guests late at night, especially after a tiring day of sightseeing, seemed unnecessary and unprofessional. Apart from this, our stay was comfortable. With better attention to guest convenience and communication, the hotel could provide an even better experience.

The cottage room is in very poor condition. Damped room.
