This is a good resort with delicious food options and clean rooms. Staff is polite and helpful.
The hotel ambience was very dirty. Even after we had a confirmed booking, we were made to wait for almost 30 minutes before check-in. The room we were finally given was extremely small, and the bedsheet was torn and unhygienic.The ceiling height was very low, making it easy for someone to hit their hand while changing clothes. Parts of the ceiling were also damaged, and water was leaking from it. swimming pool was in terrible condition. The water was so dirty that it looked black.I have attached photos as proof. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff—they were polite and helpful. Everything else was disappointing. They doesn't have own parking area they can simply aaya park at your risk.The photos uploaded by the hotel online are heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I have also uploaded real photos so you can compare them yourself.
