Firstly there was nobody to show the room or to attend us. All the communication was over the call. That person also don't know how to speak with a customer. When I told him thank you to tell the room number and where to go over the call itself he said thank you nahi ID bhejo as if I have booked a hotel for first time and don't know that id is required. Then he said I checked in late in evening that's y there is no one to attend what kind of a reason is this. When I entered the room there was no cleanliness and also there was no water they shifted us in another room in the morning. Save your money and don't book here
