This is a nice budget-friendly hotel located close to MG Marg. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and cooperative throughout our stay.Initially, we were allotted a smaller room facing the road. However, upon our request, Mr. Imran Khan kindly upgraded us to a larger and more comfortable room on the quieter side of the property. He also provided a room heater complimentary, which made our stay even more pleasant.Another gesture we truly appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to park our bike on their premises for an additional two days while we were away on our North Sikkim trip.Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a good location, reasonable pricing, and excellent hospitality.

Very much rude staff behaviour. They don't have lunch facility, we asked them for plates to eat lunch ( ordered from outside)but they didn't give. Specially the person who sit on reception area may his name Imran he never replied properly anything if we asked. Room was very old model. Bathroom was pathetic. Food taste was worst. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience.

I went there with my parent in May 2024 and expected quality rooms as per their bookings. But I was so disappointed really. I booked through this platform and when reached the lobby they said the booking was invalid and we had to pay quite the extra money. Also they said 3people are not allowed and asked extra for that too. All these aside the room was okayish but the service was hilarious. Water was never present continuously and when asked for it they would say yes they would switch on the motor etc but never actually did. The roof was very cute and a great hanging out place for the mornings and evenings. Apart from that the hotel is situated at a top-notch place (which is the only thing I liked). Within 700-800 metres is the mall road and also the market, so that's the bonus.

Pleasant Stay at Central Hill Resort ’ Great LocationI have visited Central Hill Resort twice, and both times I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its prime location in the central market area, which makes everything easily accessible ’ shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all within walking distance.The staff is polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming. The interiors have a nice traditional touch, and the seating and dining areas are spacious and comfortable.If the property undergoes some renovation and minor upgrades, it has the potential to become one of the best hotels in the central market area. The location and structure are already strong points ’ with modernization, it would truly stand out.Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
