Not sure why the rating of this hotel is 3.9.This hotel totally deserves 5/5. The manager Mr. Bapi is so humble guy and well mannered and the whole staff is very polite. Lakpa Sherpa is one of the guy among the staff who is too good.This is must visit hotel to stay. The services, rooms, location and cleanliness is top notch.Best out of best thing is their hospitality.

I don't understand why this hotel is rated 3.9. It truly deserves a 5 out of 5. The manager, Mr. Bapi, is very humble and well-mannered, and the entire staff is extremely polite. Lakpa Sherpa is an outstanding member of the staff. This hotel is definitely a must-visit. The services, rooms, location, and cleanliness are all excellent. The best aspect is their exceptional hospitality.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel.I had booked a Deluxe Room for a two-night stay, including breakfast. However, on the first day of my stay, I was allotted a Classic Room instead of the Deluxe Room that I had paid for. This was unacceptable and not in line with my confirmed booking.Additionally, although my reservation clearly included breakfast, the hotel manager claimed that the breakfast inclusion was not reflecting in their system and refused to provide breakfast to us. As guests, we should not have been made to suffer because of an issue between the hotel’s system and the booking platform.To make matters worse, the manager’s behavior throughout the interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than assisting in resolving the issues, he was dismissive and unwilling to help.Furthermore, upon arrival, we were charged a sustainability fee of ’50 per person, which was neither communicated during the booking process nor adequately explained at check-in.Overall, the stay was far below expectations due to the room downgrade, denial of included breakfast, hidden charges, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in guest handling and booking management.
