Magpie Mall Road Residency (MG MARG GANGTOK)

Magpie mall road residency is a very good hotel and very near to mall road with very good facility of parking, their rooms are very good their staff is soft spoken and are very corporative. Their Reception manager MR Milan Som is very generous and corporative .this is nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay here.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.There was no proper water supply in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity.The staff behavior was poor; they either respond very late to complaints or take no action at all.Despite what is shown in the description, there is absolutely no scenic view from the hotel.Overall, this hotel is a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to the amazing staff ’ Dawgay, Anand, and Jacob ’ for their warm hospitality and prompt assistance throughout my stay. They truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!
