We stayed recently at Voyage Songfum as a family of three. The hotel is excellently located about 4 km from Gangtok city center, with about a 20-minute car ride to and from town. The property is clean and well-kept. The staff were very helpful, professional, and made sure we were always comfortable. Traveling with our 2-year-old brought concerns about suitable food for kids, but the hotel cared for this well. We stayed in a hill-view room that included a balcony overlooking the hills. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel boasts stunning beauty, incredible views, and a serene, sophisticated vibe. The team was wonderfully warm, friendly, polite, and professional, enhancing the whole experience. The cuisine was delicious with top-notch quality and flavor. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional—from its picturesque setting and breathtaking views to the welcoming hospitality and quality dining. The mountain views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and unforgettable. The hotel is located in a spot that offers some of the most peaceful mountain scenery I have ever seen. The room is large and spotless. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable while enjoying the majestic views, giving a genuine mountain retreat feeling. The restaurant served outstanding dishes, each beautifully presented and full of fresh flavors—momos, chicken curry, and lachha parantha were especially tasty. The chef clearly uses top-quality ingredients. Special thanks to the chef. The hotel’s service is warm and attentive. I am definitely planning to return.
