’’’’’I had a very disappointing experience at Ceylon Bake House near Woodland Junction.The beef biriyani is priced at ’290, but the quality of the meat was extremely poor. The beef was tough, lacked flavor, and was nowhere near the standard expected for that price. It honestly didn't feel worth the money.What made the experience even worse was the service. When we raised our concern, the staff showed very little interest in addressing it or ensuring customer satisfaction.In Kochi, you can easily find much better beef biriyani for around ’150. Charging ’290 for a biriyani of this quality is simply unacceptable.I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and service.

My family and I came to Ceylon after hearing excellent reviews about its cuisine, and we truly liked the food. Unfortunately, the service and table management were lacking, which impacted our visit. The service was slow, and we felt hurried because other guests were waiting for our table. One waiting guest even pulled our chairs and pressured us to leave, and my father's chair was taken away while he stepped away briefly. We couldn't fully relax or enjoy our time together. Although the food was tasty, the overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I hope the staff improves to allow guests to dine without feeling rushed.

I ordered 7 items and paid at the counter tonight, waited almost 45 minutes to receive the packed order. When I got home and checked, one item was missing, which made me question the management's reliability.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. A bad odor from the toilet persisted during my entire visit. The blanket seemed dusty, which was problematic for me due to my dust allergy. Also, the water quality in the bathroom was poor. These problems impacted the comfort and cleanliness of my stay. I hope the management takes steps to resolve these issues to enhance the experience for future guests.
