Unlike other properties, which I personally explored, this place offers great location, well maintained mansion, very humble and helpful staffs and great food.I highly recommend this property for groups, families and couples.Thanks a ton for giving a lifetime experience. We booked an "Executive Balcony" room, but the "balcony" was merely a fixed, non-opening glass panel facing a shared public hallway with zero privacy. Furthermore, we expected an executive-level room to be more spacious than what was provided. To add to our disappointment, we specifically booked this location intending to swim in the sea, but the beach directly across from the hotel was extremely filthy and smelly, making it completely unswimmable.Front Desk & Housekeeping IssuesBroken Promises & Wasted Effort: After a long wait and negotiation in the morning, the front desk promised us a room change and instructed us to pack all our bags so they could move us. We spent our day packed up, only to return at 7:30 PM, endure another long wait, and be flatly told no other rooms were available.Uncleaned Room: To make matters worse, upon returning to our original room, we discovered housekeeping had not cleaned it at all. I was forced to take a shower in an untidy room before staff finally arrived to clean.Owner’s Resolution & Looking AheadFull Refund: The property owner stepped in personally to take accountability, issuing the remaining 70% refund directly to make our stay 100% refunded alongside Agoda’s initial 30% credit.Complimentary Dinner: He provided a complimentary dinner, which was good, and the kitchen staff were very caring and attentive.Property Status: As this hotel is only 2.5 months old and still partially under construction, there is clearly a lot to be ironed out.Takeaway: The room misrepresentation, front desk handling, unusable beach, and initial hygiene standards were unacceptable. However, the owner is honorable and willing to step up personally to fix failures. Since the property is brand new and expanding, hopefully operational standards will increase significantly once construction finishes and procedures are established.
