Chettinad Heritage is definitely worth a visit. If you're looking for a more affordable option than Lotus and Visalam, this place fits the bill. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The staff are kind and welcoming. The food is delicious and flavorful. The only downside is that you need to take a bus or auto to reach Chettinad Palace and other attractions about 2 km away. Renting a bike for 500 per day might be a better choice.

The staff were incredibly friendly, humble, and courteous. From arrival to departure, they made us feel sincerely welcomed and cared for. The food offered authentic Chettinad dishes, freshly made and tailored to our tastes. Each meal was flavorful and truly showcased the region's rich culinary traditions. The rooms blend traditional Chettinad architecture and decor with modern amenities beautifully. Despite visiting in summer, the interiors stayed naturally cool and comfortable. Staying here felt like residing in a magnificent Chettiar palace, surrounded by history, culture, and warmth. It was a genuinely unforgettable experience and comes highly recommended for anyone wishing to explore Chettinad's heritage and charm.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, truly deserving of praise. We stayed for two nights, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was very tasty, and felt right at home.
