What was good: Nice scenic and relaxing experience. Food was good, polite staff and internet connectivity available. Table tennis, carom chess etc for adults. Separate small indoor play area for kids. What can be improved; more options in breakfast menu., TV remote was not working and intercom not working.Overall, a very good experience. Good to come with family. They have roughly 20 rooms all ground floor.

We had a wonderful experience at Cocobay Resort. I visited with my family, and the view was absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained.One issue we noticed was with the food, especially the non vegetarian dishes, which did not meet our expectations. I think the quality may depend on the cook available at the time.The best part of our stay was the friendly and supportive staff. Special thanks to Anandhu and Jithu for their excellent hospitality and for helping us with food preparation for our kid. Their care and support made our stay even more comfortable.Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit at least once.

Its just an average resort with higher price tag. There were a lot of ups and downs during our 2 nights stay at this property. Car park is 2 mins away from the property and guests have to take a 2 mins boat ride. Not really handy if you have to get something from your car quickly. Rooms are okay. The bathroom door inside our suite would not close unless bolted tightly and it was a pain at times. TV inside the rooms did not work at times too!! The view from the resort is good and quite frankly the only place we actually loved during our stay. Restaurant again was very decent. Portion sizes were good but taste could have been better. Internet service in the property was also very slow during our stay and we had issues because of this while checking out!

The most peaceful place I have ever stayed in. It is right on shores of a big lake. I have stayed in a different place right on the sea shore. But that was very unpleasant with salty air and floor gets wet because of humidity. When compared to that, if I want to choose between lake shore or sea shore, I am gonna always choose lake shore after staying here. The ambience was so serene and calm. It gives our mind a peaceful state. The place has set chairs right near the shore, where we can sit and relax, enjoying a breathtaking view with boats cruising, birds playing and mild waves hitting the shore. The rooms were very clean and staff cleaned it every day. There was a little kids play area, a airconditioned recreation area where we have table tennis, carrom and other board games. I loved the hospitality of entire staff. They declared that the in-house restaurant has a small kitchen and we have to order food well in advance for lunch/dinner, so that they can plan accordingly. I liked their honesty on revealing this well in advance and I also appreciate their flexibility to order food from outside given this situation. When guests order extra items other than what they have ordered previously, at that time delivering food became very late for which we can empathize with the situation. The pool was well maintained and lit. There was also a kids pool. We stayed at the place for entire two days and we didn't step out anywhere. They also have an open platform for doing yoga, which faces the lake. The stay here was therapeutic and I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is just looking to relax, sit back and enjoy the silence. They also have other offerings like boat ride, which we didn't try. The main thing I liked is that, they didn't force us to put reviews.

Food:The restaurant was excellent and focused on healthy options. The morning buffet was particularly impressive, with a good variety of nutritious and tasty dishes.Facilities & Activities:The swimming pool was very clean, and there were a few indoor games available as well. They also offer boat rides and Ayurvedic massages on request, available at an additional cost.Rooms & Architecture:The rooms and buildings feature beautiful heritage-style traditional Kerala architecture, with charming corridors and ceilings. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained.Staff:The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.Location & Views:A short 2-minute boat ride from the car park brings you to the resort, and the journey itself feels like entering paradise. The evening sunset views from the resort were absolutely the highlight of the stay.
