I had an absolutely terrible experience from the moment I checked in, everything felt poorly managed and unprofessional. The room was not clean’dust everywhere, stained bedsheets, and an unpleasant smell that made it hard to even stay inside comfortably.The staff was indifferent and unhelpful. Basic requests took forever, and sometimes they were simply ignored. It felt like customer service was the last thing on their priority list.Facilities were in bad condition. The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking fixtures and no proper maintenance. Wi-Fi was either extremely slow or not working at all, which is unacceptable in today’s time.Overall, this hotel does not live up to even the most basic expectations. Poor cleanliness, bad service, and lack of maintenance make it a place I would strongly advise others to avoid. Definitely not worth the money.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Super Collection O Bhiwadi is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.The rooms are filthy and feel like they’ve been untouched since the 1970s. Everything looks old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here.The staff is shockingly rude and unhelpful, which only makes the stay more frustrating. Instead of addressing concerns, they seem completely uninterested.The bathroom situation is unbearable. The water coming out is yellow, which is both disturbing and unacceptable. On top of that, the bathrooms are so dirty that just stepping inside is enough to make you feel sick.The bed and blankets are in terrible condition’unclean, worn out, and completely uninviting. It’s hard to relax when you don’t even feel comfortable touching the bedding.To make things worse, breakfast was shown as included during booking, but there is no such facility at the hotel. It feels misleading and dishonest.Overall, this place is a complete disaster. Avoid it at all costs unless you’re prepared for a seriously unpleasant experience.
