It was not a good and comfortable stay as the AC was only working at 19° in all 3rooms triple sharing, fans were only at full speed ,no intercom in rooms and lobby intercom was not operating, with parking issue . Highlight was we found 2 mouse in room we complaint but no action was taken ,instead they told "apne door khul rakha hoga toh chuha aya hoga abhi nahi hai" then after we again went down at 3am midnight for complaining noise of mouse in room ,but the person was not responding and told" subah ko dekhte hai" we asked him to change the room now so he asked some one else and then asked us to go to both rooms and and transfer all your goods and give back keys to him at office ,as he won't come up to 4th floor . The room we were given was not having ac working ,then again we had to go to him to ask the favour of other rooms as we had paid in advance and we can't go to another hotel with family at midnight , then we were given 3rd floor room where we found rats moving near lift and lobby area ,you can check CCTV footage of 1/6/26 at midnight 3-3.30am . We want refund ..........
The services of the hotel was so nice Nice place for a solo person as well as a group. They give very nice hospitality and the overall services and loved this place.
1. We have entered in hotel, our welcome done by rats.2. I had asked for soap at evening and they provided it to me next day morning.3. I was booked hotel including breakfast, but they have not any restaurant. They gone through bike and bring some idli parcel. Other hotels have 3/4 options of breakfast and tea/coffee, bread/jam/butter/corn flaks.(Total waste of money)4. Not proper parking there.I personally not recommending this hotel to families. Totally waste of money.Unhappy Services.......!!!!
