They collected extra amount for one hour early check in and rooms so tiny smells over all bad experience

The stay was very much useless. The location of hotel is in slum.area and could not possible to locate easily, even you are taking help if Google map. I have paid for breakfast, but hotel staff denied to provide it and kitchen is not available. Water bottle was nor provided neither toiletry soap and sanitary towel was given . After several reminder towel was provided. The parking space is on road and very much congested. Agoda team suppose to review once again before advertising about hotel. The hotel is not worth to the charged by Agoda. Agoda should refund me the breakfast charges.
