Collection O Paradise Metro Station

Its not suitable for family. It’s too dirty and lots of mouse’s in the rooms. Don’t recommend for anyone’s.There is water and electrical issue’s.

The bathroom was not at all clean and when we informed that in the reception they said they'll be cleaning it saying that the workers were not there... The bathroom drainage meshs are blocked with hair’?. There were ciggerates in the bathroom. The mat was totally worn out. The jet spray in the bathroom was not working. The floor was not clean at all. The bed sheets were full of some bad looking marks. We informed everything and no problem was solved. The water were not coming in the bathroom for 3 to 4 times a day. I would not recommend this worst hotel. I don't even want to give one star but I should show this star rating that there's this review.

The condition of the room and furniture was very poor, and the chair was extremely dirty. Cleanliness was not maintained at all ’ the walls and bathroom were full of dirt and damage. The reception area was also very unclean, and the service was not satisfactory. There was also an unpleasant smell around the reception area.

The services at Hotel O Paradise Circle do not match the advertised facilities. Lack of cleanliness and non-availability of Wi-Fi and TV amounts to deficiency in service. Customers should be cautious.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.The room was filthy, with insects and cockroaches everywhere. The bathroom was a disaster’broken tiles, dirty, and water leaking out into the room. The staff didn’t care at all and were honestly the most unhelpful people I’ve dealt with. I couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not worth anyone’s time or money.
