No Flexible in Checkin and Check out

We booked in Agoda App benefits are showing Early Checkin and late checkout but while we reached the staff saying early checkin is not allowed time is fixed from 12 to 12. We have waited 4 hours. Recommendation:- Before booking in any app pls call the staff and ensure the time.
