The room key got stuck and had to call the staff to get it fixed. The room was not having air flow.
Disappointing Experience with Cours Charbol ’ PondicherryWe recently came across Cours Charbol in Pondicherry on Google and were impressed by the photos, especially the beautiful sea view the hotel seemed to offer. Based on that, we decided to try booking a stay.Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating.We tried calling multiple times, but either the phone was not reachable or no one answered the calls. On the rare occasions when the call connected, we were asked to send an email for booking confirmation to their reservation email address. We sent emails as instructed, but we never received any response.There has been:No proper phone supportNo response to emailsNo follow-up or acknowledgmentIt is very disappointing to see such poor communication from a hotel that appears so appealing online. Good customer service starts with basic responsiveness, and sadly, that has been completely lacking in this case.We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their booking communication process for future guests.
