I have booked it from Agoda, the price and the room which I selected. It was for three adults and for which also I have mentioned that while booking there has been some error, it shows two adults and I have the very next second. I have raised the concern, and I have clearly mentioned that we are three adults and for which I have opted for certain rooms. But whereas after going to the hotel, they charged me extra for two nights, whereas I already paid extra for three members via Agoda, while claiming that my booking has been done from Agoda, the Reception person had to tell me that Agoda is just a portal to book, but what happens here it depends upon us, so this is not the right way to you know, educate customer. If the customer is paying little higher for the facility which he requires and again, he has to pay double the amount for which he has already paid, so I really sincerely would like a Agoda to look after this issue and things which were mentioned about the Hotel. It is a very old property. The streets and the location is very good. There is a very limited number of food items available and the complimentary breakfast is not at all worth it. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
I booked a "Deluxe room", but when we get there, they gave us a tiny room in the back where there's barely enough space to walk, and almost no natural light. When I went to the reception to ask, they said that there's no such room as a "deluxe room" and they only have the "classic room" and the "superior room" which has more space and some windows that actually get sunlight. The receptionist mumbled some excuses about the website taking charges and not being truthful, etc, when the hotel is responsible for uploading their rooms and categories. I felt scammed because I paid extra for a deluxe room over a normal room.
