Location is good ...
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. We were traveling with a senior citizen and expected some assistance with our luggage, especially considering the hotel's reputation and pricing, but no help was offered. Only after we went to the reception, the security helped us to pick it up till the reception. The front desk experience was also underwhelming—we were not offered welcome drink, and the staff seemed indifferent, with little warmth or hospitality upon arrival. A friendly greeting or smile would have gone a long way, particularly in the summer heat.Parking is another challenge, as the hotel has space for only about three cars. Guests may need to park on the street if the limited spots are occupied. We also noticed that laundry bags were not provided in the room, and when we requested one, the staff informed us they did not have any available.On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, making dining a genuinely enjoyable experience.Overall, while the dining experience was very good, the lack of basic hospitality and guest assistance at the front desk left room for improvement.
