My experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast was not good, and they had already finished/cleared the breakfast before the mentioned breakfast timing. Cleanliness also needs improvement.I had to request a room change due to an electricity issue. The hotel does not have proper power backup, which is a major inconvenience, especially when there is a power cut.Overall, I would say the stay is acceptable only if you are getting the room for below 1,800. At a higher price, I would expect much better cleanliness, service, breakfast, and basic facilities.
As we entered we noticed the floor of the room and bathroom was full of sand. When u requested the staff to cleaned they said it wasn't possible.. So I requested a broom but they denied the same so I had to clean it with tissue paper. The breakfast is superb.
