A wonderful experience for both young and old. I visited with my family, including two toddlers and my elderly parents. The staff were very kind and attentive to the kids. The food was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and offers outstanding hospitality. I would definitely like to return.

In the first week of July 2025, our group stayed at Daleside Manor, Kasauli. We reserved a family room consisting of two connected rooms with en-suite bathrooms plus an additional separate room, and this setup suited us perfectly. From arrival, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, making us feel welcome throughout. Check-in was easy, and every request was promptly and cheerfully addressed. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, impeccably clean, and offered beautiful views of the hills. The family suite was particularly convenient, letting us enjoy time together while maintaining privacy. The food was a standout feature, with every meal fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. Whether breakfast or dinner, the quality and flavor were consistently excellent. The property is tranquil, elegant, and surrounded by greenery, providing a perfect escape from city life. Although close enough to explore Kasauli, returning to the hotel's peaceful atmosphere after outings was very refreshing. We want to specially acknowledge the Daleside Manor team for their sincere warmth and attention to detail, which greatly contributed to our memorable holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Daleside Manor to anyone seeking a luxurious yet homely experience in Kasauli. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip.
