Nice for short stay
Luxe resort proved to be value for money . Food was good and the staff was helpful , smiling and courteous!
AC stops working after an hour of cooling. No hot water in washroom. The receptionist told it will take 2-3 hours for the water to get heated. Water stopped while taking bath thereby using bislery water to remove soap from face. So no sense of mentioning 24/7 hot & cold water. Rooms are not equipped with fridge as mentioned in the Agoda description. No hair dryer in rooms. No hill view rooms. Balcony is mentioned but you can't even stand there properly. Stained towels provided. All food items are overpriced. Owner is minting money. Room tarrif is double than hotels nearby. Overall the experience to stay is worst.
