The Fern Surya Resort Dharampur, Kasauli Hills, Series by Marriott

This resort offers an amazing holiday experience with stunning surroundings and comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome. The amenities were top quality, including the pool and garden area. Highly recommended for families and couples.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member since last 6 years and I’ve stayed in over 100 Marriott hotels worldwide and I can honestly say my stay at Fern Petal Hotel Dharampur has been one of the most enjoyable. The location is absolutely beautiful, the kitchen and restaurant staff were fantastic and outstanding in service, and special thanks to Mr Avinash, Miss Sanjana, Mr Dalip at the front desk and Mr Amit from housekeeping for making our three-day stay perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at The Fern Surya Resort, Dharampur (Kasauli Hills), and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained, making it a great getaway in the hills.What really stood out was the hospitality ’ the staff was extremely warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Service across all touchpoints was prompt and professional, and they genuinely made the stay comfortable and welcoming.The only downside during my visit was the WiFi. I was in one of the corner rooms, and unfortunately the network barely worked throughout my entire stay due to very weak signal strength. This was quite disappointing, especially since it’s the first time I’ve encountered such an issue at a Marriott-affiliated property.Apart from the connectivity problem, everything else ’ rooms, cleanliness, food, and service ’ was excellent. I would definitely consider staying again and hope the WiFi coverage gets improved soon.

Good Location with polite staff. Mr. Manpreet is very familiar, offered chocolates and sweets to our child. Rooms are excellent. Mr. Amit Sharma from House Keeping surprised us with room decorations. It was a very comfortable stay.Enjoyed food nd hospitality both. Staff provided complimentary cake on our special day.
