Satish Mehta The manager was very attentive and offered excellent service. The rooms are close by and clean, with a balcony view that is captivating. A pleasant place to visit with a reasonable budget, and easy to handle.

Absolutely appalled by this hotel. There’s bugs everywhere’all over the floor, bed, ceiling, walls, bathroom, etc. There seems to be no sort of room cleaning service, as the floors were all dirty. The bedsheet had brown and yellow stains all over it, and so did the comforter. The pillow covers also had stains, but what was inside was even worse. The pillows themselves were covered completely in so much mold it was evident they haven’t been washed for so long. When we requested for our bedsheets/pillows/blankets to be changed, the hotel didn’t have any replacement sheets or pillows. In fact, they tried giving the same moldy pillow again just with a different cover. Same with the bedsheet; they’ve given a second bedsheet but it also had so many stains on it. Its now been over an hour since we’ve gotten here and we are still waiting for replacement sheets/pillows/blankets. Even in the hallway there’s countless spiders, mosquitoes, and so many other bugs. Genuinely, this level of hygiene is dangerous. I do not recommend this hotel at all and wish anyone who’s brave enough to come stay here the best of luck.

I am completely shocked by this hotel. Bugs are everywhere—on the floor, bed, ceiling, walls, bathroom, and more. It seems like there is no room cleaning service because the floors were dirty. The second bedsheet they gave us was also stained. It's been over an hour since we arrived and we're still waiting for clean sheets, pillows, and blankets. The hallway is full of spiders, mosquitoes, and many other bugs. Honestly, this level of cleanliness is hazardous. I do not recommend this hotel and wish good luck to anyone brave enough to stay here.
