This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. From the start, it was obvious the property was badly kept and lacked basic hospitality standards. The first room given to us was in such poor shape that we had to ask for a different one right away. Sadly, the second room was hardly any better. The bed was dirty, the sheets were ripped, and overall cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom was grimy, the sink was broken, and it was clear housekeeping was not done properly. To add to the problems, many amenities were either broken or poorly maintained. The AC didn't work, the intercom was out of order, and the fridge was unusable. These are basic features guests expect to function. The service was worse than the room conditions. Staff seemed untrained and didn't communicate professionally. Instead of being helpful and polite, they often acted rude and dismissive. The reception area smelled bad, making a poor first impression as soon as we arrived. The food and drinks were also disappointing. The tea was very bland and lacked the quality you'd expect from a hotel. It seemed little effort was made to ensure guest comfort or satisfaction. What worried me most was safety. The railing on the first floor was broken, posing a serious risk. Someone could easily fall and get hurt badly. It's shocking such a hazard was ignored. The breakfast buffet was left uncovered and open, which was very unhygienic and concerning. Food should be properly covered to keep it clean and safe, but this basic rule was ignored. The last straw was at checkout when a staff member compared us to the guests getting our room next. Such remarks are unprofessional and inappropriate. Guests deserve respect, not unnecessary comparisons or comments. Overall, this hotel failed in nearly every way—cleanliness, upkeep, service, food quality, professionalism, and guest safety. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until major improvements happen. There are many better options offering more value and respect for guests.

A total disaster for a family holiday. Steer clear! I recently stayed at Le Reserver Resort with my family of four, and it was a hugely disappointing experience from beginning to end. We wanted a peaceful break, but this hotel failed on every fundamental aspect of hospitality. The beds looked dirty when we arrived, and the bathrooms were filthy and obviously not cleaned. The air conditioning didn't work at all, making the room very uncomfortable. On top of that, the room phone was broken, so we couldn't contact the front desk to report problems. The lights kept going out repeatedly during our stay, leaving us in darkness. The staff were rude, completely unhelpful, and lacked any manners or respect in dealing with guests. The management was almost absent and did nothing to address or fix any of our issues. TERRIBLE!!

We recently stayed at this resort during our family trip to Jim Corbett, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.The rooms were not properly cleaned, and basic amenities such as the TV and room phone were not working. For room service, we had to use our personal mobile phones instead of the provided in-room facilities.The food quality was below expectations. We even found a cockroach in the pasta that was served to us, which was extremely concerning. The buffet also had very limited options, especially considering the price and the standards that were advertised.The most disappointing part of our stay happened during checkout. We were presented with a bill for snacks ordered in the room. We simply asked whether those snacks were included in our package, as we were under the impression that they might be. Instead of politely clarifying the charges, the staff became argumentative, behaved unprofessionally, and used inappropriate language in front of our children. This was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression on our family.We chose this property hoping for a relaxing family vacation, but poor maintenance, unsatisfactory food quality, and unprofessional staff behavior made the experience unpleasant. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards.
