The restaurant is unbelievably bad. Among the worst places for quality and service. That's kind of the norm in West Bengal. Restaurants and food are uniformly worthless.Years later again I find the food pukeworthy. This time, I actually fell sick after eating here. Most horrible food.

The stay was comfy. Room was clean and airy. Food menu has variety and taste was appreciable; specifically Alu Poato. WiFi was nice even VC could’ve performed without interruptions. Hotel staffs were helpful and service was prompt. Overall a great stay.

AC in my room was older that's why make loud noise. Outdoor unit of AC was mounted in balcony that's why balcony was of no use. There must have ceiling fan. Rest of things are good.

It's a mess ,compare to other hotels the price is so high , and the management is not so good. They are like robbering every now and then .compare to food the food is not up to the mark. It's my worst trip ever i have done in past month to stay there. I'll recommend other places.
