Ensober Kainchi Dham Nainital

Clean and well-maintained hotel. The staff were helpful and quick to respond, which was very important and valued. Sahil was very cooperative, and the receptionist was also helpful and calm despite the crowd. Located very close to Kainchi Dham temple.

The staff service was extremely slow and my experience was really bad. The TV wasn't working, and because of an AC problem, they assigned us a room at the back. There were also parking issues. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Pleasant stay

I am very unhappy with my stay. The room is significantly smaller than what was told to me during the booking call. The staff are rude and not professional. Room service is very bad—we have to call many times, and even then it takes 1 to 2 hours for anyone to answer. The cleanliness is not acceptable, and the room seems poorly maintained. Overall, the service and room quality are much worse than what was promised and expected. This has been a very disappointing stay.

We recently stayed at Ensober Kainchi Dham for one night with my sister, and we had a lovely experience. The location is absolutely perfect — the hotel is right opposite Kainchi Dham Mandir, less than a 2-minute walk from the temple. Our room had a beautiful view of the Mandir along with a balcony, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and having parking available was a big plus. The staff were always available, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed anything.Overall, we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay at Ensober Kainchi Dham. The location, beautiful temple view, clean rooms, and wonderful staff made our visit even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kainchi Dham.
