Hotel is located in very cozy area. Hotel room is not clean and hygiene. even mineral water bottle not available. very bad exprience.

I only used the room just to check it. And after total of 5mins i moved out even when my whole stay was paid. I could not stay in it. The location is not at all accessible if you have your own car. As theres no parking facility there. And the street where the hotel is situated is so narrow that you barely can walk around. The rooms are also FILTHY. Zero cleaning zero hygiene. Never book this one.

During my stay, I went to the reception to collect food delivery, and the door was locked automatically having the keys of the door remain inside the room, so I told the reception person to open ASAP because my flight timing was just 1 hr away, he asked money to reopen the room, I told them it is not my fault, still they urged on what they said and took unnecessary money from me even if it was not my fault, the door had already that problem. Never recommend it to anyone.

Here, the staff charges you double the mrp for every thing, they charged 20 rupees for 500ml water bottle having mrp as 10. Daily they used to fill their underground tank with private water tanks. Once the tank water completes, even at midnight, you will have no choice but to wait till next day morning 07:00 am. We faced this same situation. I asked the staff for a bucket of water and they passed some comments at me in their local language. Rooms felt suffocated, as they have no proper ventilation. Even the corridor in front of the door filled with cigarette smoke. The staff used to consume tobacco products all the time, even in front of customers.
