Went there with my wife. I searched everywhere the rating was showing close to 7.9 so I was skeptical before booking but finally I booked it and stayed there for 2 days. Got early chekin in at 9 am, Very kind and supportive staff. Brillent service and morning breakfast. Resturant is amazing with lot of good food options. Rooms were clean and cozy. It was a very wholesome expereince. Also gandi ashram, modi stadium, markets, riverfront, railway station and airport was in close proximity.

I would like to sincerely thank the restaurant manager, Mr. Vijay, and the entire restaurant team for their exceptional hospitality and kindness toward my baby. Mr. Vijay’s dedication and attentiveness truly deserve a 5-star rating. I would also like to appreciate the reception staff for their courteous support and service. Both the restaurant and reception teams deserve 5 stars.However, the hotel needs to improve its room cleanliness and hygiene standards. The toilets, overall room cleanliness, and especially the air-conditioning require better maintenance. The air conditioner in my room had a very unpleasant smell throughout my stay. Since I stayed for 8 nights, this significantly affected my overall experience.While the staff service was excellent, I would rate the hotel 1 star in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance.

The property is very strategically situated very close to Sabarmati Ashram and Riverfront. If someone wants to enjoy their evening after a work trip, this location is close by to the tourist spots. Staff is very professional in the hotel. Very courteous restaurant manager and cordial reception staff. They listened to my complaint about the room and gave me a better room without delay. The hotel has parking infront of the property as well. Reception lobby is small but you won't find it a problem. Food menu is not very wide in breakfast and dinner buffet system, however, you can find enough on the menu to fill your stomach.This would be rated as a 3 star property.

Nice arrangements for marriage of our beloved son Swapnil and Aditi.We are so much happy with all and everything. Silver Cloud is just amazing.Thank U for making this event worth remembering.
