I booked two days but when reached at hotel around 9.30 pm at night just realised that there was no room as per booking . They have given one room which was very very bad. After that shifted me in other hotel which is also bad with no view .

On arrival, the exterior did not match the expectations in the photo which showed a large car park but in reality there was only around 7 parking spaces that were not even dedicated to the hotel. This was quickly overcome though with the assistance of a lovely man from the hotel who ensured we got a space, assured us he would keep a space for us when we went for food, and even carried our bags to our room. He was absolutely wonderful and a real credit to the hotel, as were the lovely girls on reception (Somya and Kashish) who were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The downsides of checking in was the hotel policy of insisting on photocopies of OCI cards, AND passports, a lengthy and stressful process that one does not need after a day of travel and late night arrival and a policy that is extremely outdated. The additional disappointment came when we discovered that the hotel management had completely ignored our email of days earlier requesting our two rooms to be next to each other. Not only were they not next to each other but they were three floors apart! Not good. Our room itself was very nice and very clean and spaceous, which was wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom very spaceous and with a lovely touch of toothbrushes and toothpaste supplied and shampoos, shower gels, and lotions in neat canisters on the wall. Everything was excellent except for a few things that could do with improvement, these are the refridgerator in the room, which when the door was opened, a deluge of water poured out onto the floor, the toilet roll holder in the bathroom is on top of the bin (ughh), shaving mirror at a height for men but no make-up mirror at a height and brightness for women. Only one towel provided each, two each would have been better. Back into the bedroom, a dressingtable with make-up mirror would have been good to sit and get ready. Also, we were so tired at night that we did not notice but the next morning when we stood next to the window, we noticed a massive draft from the window, which we initially thought must be wide open but it was closed, it was like it might as well not be there at all, this should be rectified as we got a chill which resulted in not feeling well enough to eat the breakfast we had paid for. Also, the noise from the bathroom fan, which automatically comes on when the bathroom door is open, disturbed our sleep, but it was a good thing that we were too tired to get up to close the bathroom door fully during the night as when we left our room the next morning, we accidently closed the bathroom door and it locked itself so we could not get back in. We went to breakfast with our friend who had been in the other room and although we did not feel well enough to eat, the breakfast room was lovely, it was very clean, the selection of breakfast was excellent, and the staff were again very pleasant, helpful and courteous, and as with all the staff, very neat and clean in their uniforms. On check out, the lovely smiles of Somya and Kashish gave us a good start to our day, and we left intending to return some day but hoping that the small improvements needed are implemented beforehand. All in all, a very good, safe, and clean, hotel that we can highly recommend.
