Room was dirty ... Water stopped working at 5am for 10 minutes ... Next day of stay was a lot better ... Cleaner and the fixed the tv problem ... Thank you ... Chose for the low price and location ... Not the perfectness ...

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Asiana, Assam. The overall experience was far below expectations and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My concerns are as follows:Dirty Rooms:The room was not cleaned properly before check-in. There was visible dust on the floor, tables, and corners. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable for a family stay.Single Beds Instead of Proper Arrangement:Despite booking expecting comfortable accommodation, only small single beds were provided. This was highly inconvenient and not suitable for proper rest.Poor Quality Mattress:The mattress was of very poor quality. It was uncomfortable, uneven, and made it difficult to sleep properly. It felt old and worn out.Dirty Washrooms:The washroom was in a very bad condition. It was not cleaned properly, had stains, and did not feel hygienic at all. This is unacceptable for any hotel.Shower Not Working Properly:The shower was either not working or had very low water flow. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially when traveling with family.No Basic Amenities in the Room:Basic amenities such as proper toiletries, clean towels, and other essential items were missing or of very poor quality. This shows a lack of basic hospitality standards.Overall Poor Maintenance:The hotel seems poorly maintained. Cleanliness, comfort, and guest convenience are clearly not a priority here.Conclusion:Overall, my experience at Hotel Asiana was very disappointing. The hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers until these issues are properly addressed.

very bad hotel please don't book. all rooms are are dirty and not cleaned bed sheets are also not cleaned. staff behaviour is like gangster they talk with their customer very rudely.Ahmedabad's worst hotel so please don't book this at any cost.

Rooms are patheticFull time whole hotel made as smoking zoneRooms are having wet walls , other services like towel, a.c , geyser, are available on demand, tap water is provided for drinking.No cleaning of corridor and comman passage. Person with breathing problems are not recommended as everywhere bird poops .
