Hotel One Up

Location is great. You can see the riverfront from the room. The rooms are small. Enough for a solo traveller. I'm not sure of the other rooms in the hotel. The restaurant staff is very friendly. They remember your name and preference of the guest. The reception staff could be a little more friendly. I was asked thrice about my check out during my 4 days stay, each day i left for work in the morning. I'm assuming it is already in their system. Overall the stay is comfortable and works when it comes to business travellers. Giving a 4 star because the hotel is good but compared to other properties ive stated at during my business trips, it could be better

Pathetic Services Pathetic Staff Pathetic Behaviour especially people sitting at the reception and the Restaurant incharge.. Rude, No courtesy at all.. Not trained enough on hospitality. Special mention - Reception manager Atul has been the most rude of all of them both.. he has no sense of talking to people and absolutely no human behaviour. Rivera used to be best in service and our company members used to always choose this hotel for our stay during our all visits, but now with all the above reasons we have stopped, I stayed this time because all good best hotels were booked. Never choose this hotel if u have better options out there.. Food has degraded too, upon giving feedback the staff doesn't even agree and again debate saying aisa hi hota hai.. Oh my God.. I recently spent two nights at the Sarovar Portico Rivera, and it was a delightful stay! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable - exactly what I needed.The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I enjoyed the buffet dinner, which had a great variety of dishes and flavors that hit the spot. Big shoutout to the restaurant manager, who was courteous and welcoming - made me feel right at home .The breakfast spread was good too, with an adequate variety to start my day. Overall, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent experience at River Sarovar Portico Ahmedabad. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were neat, spacious, and well maintained with all basic amenities. Housekeeping was prompt and did a great job throughout the stay.The staff deserves special appreciation. Everyone was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. The restaurant served tasty food with good quality and variety, and breakfast was especially enjoyable.Location is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service, comfort, and value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
